Unknown Flush

    Guys,

    Can anyone help me out by identifying the flush in these pics please? Mine is constantly leaking so I want to replace this but I cant find this anywhere.

    Its also featured being removed in this vid:

    If you want to remove the cistern and replace it all that is.

    its a Lab Sanitary product.Old Arcadia model.

    The flush diaphragm may be on its way out,the flush diaphragm washer may be available :)

    Changing the complete flush syphon can be a real pain in the bog :(

    Have a good look at the big rubber washer that supposedly shuts off the water. If it is perished or pitted, it probably needs replacement. If not, then give both it and the surface it closes against a good clean.

    Are you sure it's leaking there and not overfilling and overflowing. These modern flush mechanisms overflow down into the bowl, so if your cistern is overfilling, the resulting overflowing could be mistaken for a leaking flush gasket.
