Looking for some advise on upgrading to Hive, I have a combi boiler with 2 zones for heating. Stats currently are Salus RT500 and only have 2 wires L and SL connected.. can a Hive active heating stats replace both I currently have?

    Hi
Need more information to help you,
How do you control the two zone valves, ? Do you have two separate programmes and two room stats ?
the hive normally replaces the programmer, and the room thermostat is part of the hive kit, (battery powered)

The hive unit acts as the receiver from the internet, (to switch heating on/off) and the room thermostat is controlled via the net.

I don’t know if hive do multi zone system, of if you need two hive systems ?

    good luck
    Peter

    hi
so if you have two, timer/stats for two systems, i assume you need two hive systems ?
the hive replaces the programmer ? and gives control to your phone etc..
