    Make it smaller

    If that's possible

And stop boasting about an over priced phone.

Dr D, 2 things you can do, download the free app called compressor, this slightly compresses the file and usually does the trick, but before you use it most times you can edit your photo on your IPhone (I have the same one as you) by cropping it and getting rid of some of the pic that’s not required and that does the trick most times

I would also disregard any comments made by peeps who are not fortunate enough to own an IPhone, life must be a permanent struggle for these guys getting by on some type of medieval communicator :):p

My Nokia suits me just fine thanks Facs :) And before that it was either shout at the top of my voice, or two empty baked bead tins with a bit of string between :D

I have a supplier, but price depends on the length of string

I think it's worth more now than when I bought it eight years ago! Collectors item :) Always gets a couple of comments when I use it in public, I'm sure people are jealous!

Use an app called "Photo and picture resizer" here, allows photo to be cropped and even if its hardly cropped at all, saved image is vastly reduced in size.

Normally though I link to the full photo hosted on flickr.
