Come one guys can we bring the tone down a touch, no ones died. I needed advise how to lift the old ply flooring up..well the easiest method. The first bits up so the rest should be a tad easier now I have access.
( Mother’s Day ruins diy again)

As for the finished floor the bathroom is going to be charcoal grey waterproof vynl planks. It’s expensive stuff £60 a box and very good quality. Used it a few times now easy to cut, good coverage, click system works perfectly and nice under foot so I have no problems using this sort of stuff. Personal preference most of the time.

Anyways let’s just stop the ********

All the cheap rentals have luxury vinyl dont they.

Are you sure you actually know what Livyn is? Have you actually fitted any? Doesnt sound like it.

Last place I fitted it was £1.4m. That buys you a lot of house in the Midlands. They were delighted with it.

I will pass on your thoughts about their gaff being a cheap rental.

Forlorn hope of getting Jimmy to be anything other than unpleasant.

    Its a recurrent issue.

Glad you have the landing sorted.

LVT is an excellent choice for the bathroom.

I am a huge fan of it. Solves so many issues and looks amazing when down.

I put plenty of it in my last house and had one down within 24hrs of moving into my new one.
