Vegetable Cooking Oil on walls.
So far, I’ve tried No Nonsense Sugar Soap to get it off but with no luck (diluted to the standard suggested amount on the bottle). Before that I also tried white vinegar and it hasn’t removed it either.
Is there any product that will remove the oil? I’m a bit cautious of using something too aggressive that will be hard to rinse or remove itself and may cause further issues when painted over. I’m planning on using vinyl matt for the hallway to finish.
Would it be best to put some kind of sealant over it and then paint over that, or continue trying to remove the oil itself?
Thanks
