    Hi,
Wondering if anyone is able to help please?
We have just moved in to a new property which has the above boiler. We have turned the heating on for the 1st time tonight and all has worked fine. Although, when we have switched the heating off the boiler sounds like it is still going and we have a flashing green power/standby light. I can turn a tap on a green light goes solid and we get hot water but the boiler does not seem to shutdown/switch off. Being on for 3hrs + now.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated....

Try a reset, turn boiler mode control to the off position

Tried that but still no joy. Just sounds like it’s working away still and won’t go quite.....

Hmmm blinking Green led says temporary fault... set boiler to off, then switch the mains off to it via the switched fused spur.
That should shut it off completly

Give it a min, power back on see if the boiler goes into overrun with blink green led

Tried this too but no joy. Tempted to switch it off at the fuse switch and leave off overnight?

That's your best option for tonight..
Contact Vokera support on 0844 3910999, have the appliance log book ready (if installer bothered to do his job right)

NO prob sorry it was not a quick fix.....
boiler not been on for a while... might just want running up for a few hours in morning

check the pressure gauge as well

and try setting the heating control to MAX go past not 7 on dial

The noise is probably the pump
Blinking green is boiler in standby mode awaiting instruction

Thanks again. Been fine up until switching the heating on tonight.
Will put it on again in the morning at max temp. I thought the blinking light was standby but just strange that the noise of the boiler won’t switch off?....

it can only be the fan or the pump that is staying running
Eliminate which one before digging deeper
