   Boiler will not ignite; there is sparking between the HT lead where it connects to the electrode on outer casing and the boiler body (cast iron) itself; the spark is not passing through into the chamber to ignite the gas.
   What has happened and what do I do about it?

   C'mon Gordy, give the guy a break. Twiddle the HT lead a little, you may stop it sparking outside! Otherwise, a bit of insulating tape may help.
