I’ve had some luck that my friend has taken out his kitchen (German) and given me the units. Base units all in but uncertain about the wall cabinets which have a round cam type hanger, see photo. Please advise what wall fixing brackets I need to hang these wall units. Many thanks in advance.
This is type of bracket/plate https://www.screwfix.com/p/hardware...et-brackets-with-mounting-plate-10-pack/91611 You can buy the plates separately If you have a few cabinets to go up side by side, a rail can work well. https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/p/metod-suspension-rail-galvanised-60205664/

Many thanks Building mad and McSport. Great information and I love the idea of a rail to space fixings and avoid electrics. Thank you all, much appreciated.
You will need to notch out a part of the cabinet side to accommodate the rail where the cabinets meet each other. Not required on any visible ends obviously.
Thank you to all who replied and your fantastic help! Cabinets now up and secured, really appreciated - take Friday off , you deserve it.
