    Hey folks,

Im putting in a new shower in the corner of my bathroom. I am putting battens on the block wall and then backer board onto these before tiling. The end wall is plumb, however the other wall is not. This wall continues into normal plasterboard. I am concerned if I don't plumb the battens on the wonky wall that the tiles will slowly taper in the corner of the shower. If i do plumb everything up, it will look odd with the plasterboard?

If I hold a long spirit level on the wall, to make it plumb, there is around a cm gap at the bottom.

    Any ideas? Photo attached.

    Kind regards,

10mm isn't enormous, plumb the corner then taper the discrepancy out to meet the wainscoting.
