Hi guys , need some help please . When my washing machine starts draining it makes a noise I think it takes the water from the trap in the sink when it drains hence the noise I think?. I wonder what I could do to fix this problem as we spent a fourtune on it and it makes a right noise. Thanks guys Andy
More info, man. What kind of noise? Just normal rushing/ gurgling water? Does the sink drain make a glugging sound as if its trap is being emptied? Where does the WM wash connect in to? Is it an adaptor immediately under the sink waste? Any chance of a photo? Ta muchly.
If the WMC is plumbed into the sink trap it will make a noise. Plumb it in with a separate waste and trap if you want peace.
