For over 80 years MK has provided customers with the highest quality, safest and most reliable range of electrical accessory products on the market. The story begins in 1912 when Charles Arnold and Charles Belling formed their first business venture; Belling and Company. After the First World War in 1919, the two began to develop electrical equipment which they realised would require high rated switches and sockets in order to function efficiently. Thus, the Multy Kontact spring grip socket was created.

This product soon became a market leader and the British Electrical Standards Association (BESA) changed standards to adopt this new product
