   I have a leanto carport (sheeted in) and am replacing the aged corrugated PVC roofing with 10mm polycarbonate sheets.
   
   I got some Bostik Flashband from Screwfix but have read that Bitumen based products are not suitable for polycarbonate.
   
   What product is more suitable? Any advice appreciated.

   Abrickie Screwfix Select

   Imho I’d use lead, anything that sticks to the polycarbonate is at risk of splitting with the thermal movement of the sheets

   I have exactly the same issue with a pergola that I have just built, I don't have any experience with flash band, the lead option sounds too difficult for a DIYer, did you find a solution?
