What Glue . . . rubber to metal

    I need to re-glue to rubber door seal on my car back onto the (metal!) door. What's the best glue to use for this job ? Need glue to cover a strip about 1m long by 1cm wide.

    I would have thought a contact adhesive would be best or you can get trim tape.

    evostick as said. whack it on both parts for best results.

    none of the suggestions above are ideal.

    the correct adhesive for this purpose is E6000.

    What the heck is E6000? some kind of explosive or something? :^O

    actually, contact adhesive is the correct product.
