I've got a nice ATCO drive you can have for say.... £20 cash.

The memory is ***** but it makes the lawn look a treat.

I'm pretty certain it's an IDE drive I need. So I'd better buy one before March.

(fnurr, fnurr. See, that was worth saying, oh funny-symbol-faced one.)

    Oh, beware, then.

Get one the same speed as your first(at least not slower) if you are putting them on the same cable, as the cable will transmit at the slowest machines speed.

This is why some people have trouble when they put CD/DVD things on the same cable as their HD, if the disc player has a slower transfer rate, it slows the HD down to the same rate.

    Er, apparently.

    Mr. HandyAndy - really

I got a tarmac one from a very nice Iriosh gentlemen that knocked at my front door ,it was lucky for me as his firm had a lorry load over from doing a council job up the road ,
I got it cheap as well it cost me only £15k for my front 4m by 8m drive ...
I think I got bargain ...but why are weeds growing through it... any ideas ?
