    The Mentalist and Lie to me are excellent. Spooks is OK but a bit low budget. The IT Crowd was good.

    CSI, CSI Miami, CSI New York. A Town Called Eureka. Star Trek (all series).
    The new V, (coming soon to Virgin)

    Usually have to sit through the soaps till 9pm of a night (GF swears they're great :( )

    Family Guy on BBC3 is so great. :)
