Will roofers split an invoice for a block of flats

    Hi

    I'm looking to get some gutter cleaning and repointing done on my property, which is a block of 6 flats, 4 owned and 2 rented. Everyone is in agreement that we should get the work done but are any roofing companies likely to be willing to split the cost and send out 6 separate invoices if they get written confirmation from the 6 property owners to carry out the work? The property is in Edinburgh and isn't factored.

    Thanks for any advice anyone has.

    Maybe if they all pay pro-forma. Otherwise the roofer has six people to chase for payment. I wouldn’t even think of doing it tbh
