    Hi all

I’m wanting to install a wood burner and the flue will come out of a flat roof extension on a bungalow. It will be 2 meters from bottom of tiled main roof. And 2 meters from boundary, and 5 meters from neighbours house.
My question is what is minimum height of flue above the flat roof, just wanting to know if it’ll look an eye sore if it’s too high

I suggest you get hold of the latest regulations on wood burner installation. There FAR more to it than just height of chimney above roof. In fact it's advisable to engage the services of a HETAS certified installer, as he will have to sign it off anyway.
