Hi, would anybody be able to give me a steer on how much it would cost to have a timber front, back, door and roof if I wanted to create a workshop in the gap between mine and my neighbours garage (I'm assuming I can use the garage walls as my side walls (i won't drill into the neighbours).

    I'm based in west midlands.

The width is about 9ft and depth around 15ft.

    Thanks in advance.

you will create a damp problem in the walls if you have a roof attached to them.

you cant use your neighbours wall as your wall, it doesnt work like that.  you can build a lean to against your wall but need to leave a gap between your shed and your neighbours wall. its also possible that your neighbour has access rights to his wall and gutters which you may need to take into consideration when building a lean to shed.

Thanks for taking the time to respond.

I hadn't thought about a lean to or the need to leave a gap - so I'll go away and rethink!!!
