They could put it on instead of the 24 hour propaganda, ah hem I mean News, News it is! I remember when the news was read by stern faced individuals at 6 and 10 o'clock, they told you the facts of what had happened and showed a bit of VT of the event or Jerry Adams dubbed by some other geezer - no analysis, no hacks giving their take, just information, and in small doses - kick the news out and put the footie on there.

BBC currently seems to have a split personality. Just on the news this morning, they were continuously oscillating between praising the facilities at the World Cup (like how cool the stadiums were, the super aircon everywhere the facilities etc etc ) yet criticising on issues like hats being confiscated from the Welsh fans with women fans targeted more than men. Guess schedule must be filled and this gives a chance to spice up the mind numbing analysis from ex players, couch coaches and “experts” with a side order of political/humanitarian news.

anyway, at £12 for a 500ml can of Duff beer, it will be interesting to see if there are any traditional display of fisticuffs expected at such events :D

see the same ref from ENG FRA game might be refering the finals! he had a shocker with that Saka decision and kane foul should at least have been a free kick outside the box. really hope messi is not denied a world cup on the back of some terrible brazilian ref.

BBC Don't need to do anything, because every year our government gives them as much of ours as they demand, just like the NHS

That could be worth watching, if only for the laughs.
