1. Promoter: The prize draw is organised by Screwfix Direct Limited (company number 03006378) of Trade House, Mead Avenue, Houndstone Business Park, Yeovil, Somerset BA22 8RT (Screwfix).


2. Start date: 26 January 2018


3. Closing date: 23:59 26 January 2018


4. How to participate: Entry and participation is free. All Facebook fans who post in the prize draw post on Facebook or retweet the tweet will be entered in the draw. The winner will then be selected at random upon the prize draw closing. The winner will be selected by Screwfix's Company Secretary at random, and his decision is final. The winner will be announced on the entry post at www.facebook.com/screwfix and by Twitter message after the closing date and asked to contact us to arrange the delivery of their prize. The Prize will be delivered within 28 days of the winner's contact details being provided.


5. Proof of purchase. No purchase necessary. The prize draw is open to residents of Great Britain only and to persons aged eighteen (18) years or over.


6. Prizes: A prize of 1 x £100 Screwfix voucher will be drawn from all entrants for every goal that Yeovil Town scores against Manchester United on 26 January 2018. No cash alternative and the prize is non transferable.

7. Entry conditions: The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and agents of Screwfix and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Screwfix accepts no responsibility for incorrect entries. The winner may be required to provide proof of identity to collect the prize. Any personal data collected relating to the winner will be used solely in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and Screwfix's privacy policy (found at http://www.screwfix.com/jsp/help/privacypolicy.jsp).


8. General conditions: All decisions taken by Screwfix relating to the prize draw are final. Screwfix does not accept responsibility for lost, interrupted or unavailable network service or other connections. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and Facebook shall not be liable for any losses whatsoever arising from this prize draw and/or the Prize. You are providing your information to Screwfix and not to Facebook. 9. Disputes: Where the identity of winner is disputed, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the registered Facebook, Twitter & Instagram user of Screwfix at the time of entry to the prize draw.


10. Laws: The prize draw is governed by English law and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England
