3 Phase Board - Wired single Phase?

    They should of been terminated into Henley blocks, or disconnected from the meter, and blanking plugs put in the meter terminals (a meter operators job).

    Why they didn't use the three phases is beond me?

    But its not the sole means of enclosure, Providing there is a lid fitted to that trunking then they are enclosed in the trunking. If there is no lid then of course that's a different matter..
