Advice on block paving please

Had a block paving drive laid a couple of years ago.

Having a couple of problems if anyone can offer some advice please

Firstly, I get sand still coming to the surface of the bricks. If we have any heavy rain this splashes up against doors, fences, bins etc. makes everywhere look very messy.

Secondly, although I get no standing water on the blocks I get a lot of moss between them especially at the top of the drive that gets little direct sun.

I appreciate all driveways require some maintainence but we seem to be forever sweeping it and cleaning down its surrounds. We hoped it would mean less maintainence than the gravel drive it replaced which only needed the occasional weed pulling out.

I have seen some of these sealant type products advertised and wonder it they would help the situation. Any advice on these?
