Hi, I live in a house 200 yards from the sea that gets battered by wind, it's currently virgin pebble dash over 10 years old. The angle beads are old and will want wire brushing and an oil based undercoat? The state of the pebble dash is not bad considering but she who must be obeyed has decided the grey / brown makes the place look like the Bates Hotel and wants it painting a creamish to brighten the place up.

My question is does it need an undercoat or sealer and if so , what would you recommend??

I'm looking using Sandtex cornish cream while it's on offer
    Thanks in advance.

First job power wash the pebble dash, remove all the dirt, etc.

Shouldn't need a undercoat or sealer, only beading needs sorting, plus any cracks & loose areas.

Our painter Astramax will be along later.
