Hello All, I fitted a LED PIR security light today, quite straight forward, just the three terminals, N _ E and permanent Live... From these connections I branched off to another LED light, ( non PIR ) and connected onto the same three terminals, the idea being that when the first goes off, the other follows suit... Customer just rang and told me the first security light comes on okay, stays lit for 2 to 4 mins, what was wanted, but the other light has been on for most of the day, any ideas?
That's the problem with a lot of these new fangled LED fittings, they don't have a switched feed out due to them being encapsulated etc.
Smugness is abundant , lol, but enough about smugness, more about how the manufacturers need to change their **** designs!.
I hate to say it, I really do, I feel like a tool, but "you charged someone for that work?" Such an obvious mistake as that?
