Benchmarx kitchens stock of parts

Hi

Anyone here fitting Benchmarx (Travis Perkins) kitchens?
I was thinking of comparing their prices with Howdens but was wondering about service if I need a missing part of something's damaged. The local Howdens usually stock all the spares so you can pick something up as soon as you need it or swap it if its wrong - anyone on here got good/bad experience of Benchmarx for this?

Also interested in any experience with ease of hanging the wall units and running pipes behind base units.
