Spotted today in Swansea - a Bentley with wheels that looked normal when rolling along in traffic, but as it slowed down and stopped - THE WHEEL TRIMS CONTINUED TO REVOLVE! does anyone know why these are fitted - do they have any practical purpose apart from looking flash?

PS I was stone sober of course as I was driving.

The idea is that the logo remains perfectly upright and readable while the vehicle is moving, rolls Royce have them aswell.:)
