    Now a crisp, slightly salty, mature English Cheddar cheese is just about the most perfick cheese there is.

    A soapy, sweaty, waxy, over ripe , gone off Cheddar however is disgusting.

    How do you know which  is which in the packet when you survey the plastic slabs in the supermarket?

    It's a bit like the ad for Revells: " Arrgggh Coffee! " :)
