curve jigs

    Hi Guys

    How do |I make a curve jig for work tops , to do 900 b/b on both ends have encore work tops to fit ?

    You could make one if you a router, construct a trammel using plywood or MDF, this will act as a compass.

    Are right been struggling with this one to day , it seems that it is not a true curve , so how do make template for it ? any one help

    I had go making out mdf , but when you put router to template and cut it the is not right

    Get a large sheet of board, and trial and experiment until you are happy with the radii. You could use 18mm mdf or ply as the tramel, fit a guide bush in the router and drill and appropriate sized hole to accommodate this. THE router and bush will sit happy in the hole. without drilling a hole in the work top to act as a fixing point, clap a piece of timber and drill a hole and scree this into hold the setting
