I have a SMC Twin Spot with PIR Sensor with no Wiring instructions.
On the Spot Lights each of them have a Brown Wire and Blue Wire.
The PIR Sensor has a Brown Wire - Blue Wire and Red Wire.
(All the wires have been disconnected from the Terminal strip below)

I have a Terminal strip which has 4 screw connections each side.
Left handside has no wires connected.

Right handside has Red Wire (Live) from Light on corner of house.
Black Wire (Neutral) from Light on corner of house and power supply
Bare wire (Earth) from Light on corner of house and power supply
    Red wire from power supply.

Can you guide me of how to connect the Blue wire- Brown wire and red wire from the PIR sensor
to the Terminal strip with the above.
I know that the lamp wires Blue (neutral) connect to Black(Neutral)
-Brown (Live) connect to Red (Live)

I also have a Save light which has a Black wire (Neutral) and Red (Live) wires Bare wire - Earth
The power supply has a Black wire (Neutral) and Red wire (Live) Bare wire = Earth

I look forward to some help please.

The PIR sensor usually (not always) is blue N, brown Live feed, red switched live. So you would connect the spot lights to the red on the PIR.

Can you guide me as how to connect up. The Terminal strip is as follows:
Right hand side: Screw 1 (top) Red wire-Live from Slave Light
    2. Black wire (Neutral) from Slave Light and Power supply
    3. Bare wire (Earth) from Slave Light and Power supply
    4. Red wire (Live) from Power supply.

I have the Left hand side of the Terminal strip with screws no wires connected. I need to attach the following from a Twin Spot Security Lights with a PIR Sensor

Each of the Lights have a Brown Wire(Live)- Blue Wire(Neutral)
The Sensor has Brown wire(Live)-Blue wire(Neutral)-Red Wire ????

Where do I connect the Brown wires from the two lights and sensor to
the Left hand side of the Terminal?
Where do I connect the Blue wires from the two lights and sensor to the Left hand side of the Terminal?
Where do I connect the Red wire of the PIR Sensor to the Left hand side of the Terminal?

As you can see I am not an electrician- the wires came loose when I removed the Light fixture checking the weather seal for leaks etc.

Can you draw a quick sketch using Paint etc. of what you're trying to do?

Alternatively, take photos of both lighting fittings (front and back) and the terminal connections. It's hard to see where all the wires go on photo of the light fitting you have attached.

Thanks for drawing the diagram, hope the attached helps. If the light fitting is class I i.e. requires an earth connection, then you need to run an earth wire from terminal C to the earth connection on the light fitting. If you have or can borrow a multimeter, you can confirm terminal C is indeed an earth connection for the second light if there is continuity with the metal housing. You may need to check the terminal connections inside the second light too. Otherwise, the earth wire from the supply cable may just be terminted on the right hand side of the terminal block. If you confirm it is an earth connection, the bare wire should really be sleeved with green/yellow sleeving.

Edit: I've just had a look at your photos again:

In DSC01045.JPG the bare wires look like the earth wires from the twin & earth cable - they should be sleeved.
In DSC01053.JPG the light fitting does require an earth connection.
