   I have some honed slate tiles to put down as a patio over a reasonably large area. 30m2. Q1. I have a concrete base laid- what sort of adhesive should I use? Q2- how often and what type of expansion gap should I use.? Q3- what would be the most appropriate type of grout? Q4-do they need sealing?
   Thanks for any advice.

   I would seal the face of the tiles, will prevent staining when grouting in.
