Going rate for a chippies mate?

    Anyone have any idea what the going rate for a chippies mate is? With just under a years worth of experience and all own tools.

    Seriously I wouldn't have a clue as to what's being paid, but I bet it's different for the area of the country you are, so it will help peeps on here if you stated that.
