H20/25 water softener questions

Hi all,

Have acquired a H20/25 water softener - I believe manufactured by Harvey.

The label states seial 37230, model 1000, regen 17 and resin BS.

Ist question - The softener will be fitted in a much harder water area - how do I reset the regen time / match it to the new hardness level?

and 2 - there is a constant drip from the regen pipe - is this a fault that I could fix - any tips on how to tackle it would be appreciated.
