How Much?

Hello all,

What I am about to list is all necessary works which need to be carried out on our new (old) detached four bed house,
would you be able to give a humble floorlayer a rough costing for the work as we have no idea at all.

Rip out existing tanks in loft and one in the bedroom cupboard and immersion tank in cupboard on the landing.
Rip out all existing bathroom suite.
Supply and install new Vaillant eco plus combi boiler with all new pipework & 12 radiators
new loo, bath, wash hand basin and taps supplied by ourselves.
Move over waste from one side of utility to the other for washing machine, bore hole in wall for tumble dryer.
Convert ground floor cupboard to shower room by digging concrete to meet up with existing waste pipe from current downstairs loo approx 1 metre away.
supply and fit new Bristan shower with tray and door.
Fit loo and wash had basin supplied by ourselves.
Create and connect plumbing for dishwasher in kitchen.
