I have some beautiful old pine doors that the council in their wisdom, even though I begged them not to, painted in water based paint. I viewed the property when they were preparing it for re renting and the doors were stunning all stripped and beautiful.

I tried the chemical route and got no where. How can I return these doors to there natural state please.

Thank you in advance for any advice and for taking the time to read and reply

You could get them dipped, not in the caustic stuff tho , that weakens the joints. Think there's environmentally friendly stuff nowadays. Hope this helps.

Enviromorse works for me. Just apply it and leave it overnight to do its work
