I would put it in the same eyesore category as.
50's and 60's tower blocks.
The shard.
The gherkin
The walkie talkie.
In fact the majority of modern architecture.

Well, as soon as that pic appeared on my screen, I had a huge grin on my face. So I say 'bludy brilliant!'.

But I wouldn't want too many of them around...

 

It's Nice library.

 

And they need all the Nice-ness they can get at the moment.

 

Whoever designed that is a basket case!..
