It's the Kardean Knight tile, it's the Cumbria Stone but all the Knight tiles are the same price.

The floor surface is the 1930s red tile floor.

It requires cutting around the washing machine, and it's a T shaped room.

Ok, tiles are different prices all across the net, the one you want ranges between 16.50 to 24.00 M2.

The tiles down now are the flat without a noticeable joint, asking because the Karndean will form to the shape of the tiles under them.

Cutting around the washing machine?????, not a good idea, always best to go under any appliance that moves or can be moved.

    What area are you.?

    Thanks for your response!

    It's £20.16 M2.

Sorry that's what I meant with washing machine, go under.

Just wondering about fitting costs really, in north west

In the North West, I would think a good handyman could lay it to an empty space in a morning.

So Labour only I would think around £100.00

    Thanks :)

Would that fitting costs include laying a screed and adhesive? And costs of purchasing these?

We have had a quote tonight for £440 and that includes supply and fitting

    No just the Labour aspect.

The trouble is its only 5M2 so more a pain than a job you can get your teeth into, no disrespect.

Are you happy with the 440.. ???, sound a little high but.

I get what you mean, it's a Tricky space. It's a big open kitchen dinner but we are only getting the kitchen part done as the rest is oak floor boards.

It's more than I was expecting but I might still get it

  10. I think this is reasonable to be fair, as long as the are amtico approved you'll have a lovely floor what will last you years.

For Karndean you would need to be laying on a flat surface, not on top of existing tiles. Check if the quote includes a levelling compound.
