Can't stand the oik.
Get rid of him, replace with Pascal Wehrlein or Valtteri Bottas & Max Verstappen.

 

I think he is undoubtedly the most talented - he has that innate skill, something 'extra' that you cannot develop but you either have or you don't.

But, along with that is his nobbishness. More ruthless than Schumacher - and that's saying something.

 

Not a patch on Ayrton Senna & maybe Niki Lauda.

Too much ruthless can get you or someone else killed...

 

Less ruthless than Schumacher, he's never rammed anybody to win a championship.

 

Max Verstappen getting Rosberg's seat would be interesting.
