   Planning a loft conversion I have a timber frame trusses bungalow 7 meters x 7 meters with a timber party wall any ideas or suggestions on my floor joists have looked at telebeam but their wanting 7k thanks

   You need to get a structural engineer in to do calcs, there's no way around this.
