Has anyone visited SF today. The order had to be entered in manually, once payment was taken, the scree crashed and the counter assistant had to reenter all the items from start. Whats worst is that my order came out to £170, when the items were reentered it came out to £150?? This is the second time that this has happened.
Hi @Jitender I am sorry, we have had some system problems today and we have been working had to resolve these issues. Please email online@screwfix.com with your address and order details so when these problems are resolved we can check your order and correct any problems. Peter
Just managed to go through the order on the net. The order came out to £150.91. I was charged £171.40
