Polished Black Slate Tiles

Hi Guys,

Any help appreciated please,

Looking for a small quantity (3 sq mtr) of black polished slate tiles
to tile behind a multi fuel stove.
Stovax do an ideal tile, 200mm x 100mm x 10mm
but at £5.00 odd a tile, works out very expensive (£250 sq mtr ?)

Would any one know of an equivalent tile and/or tile supplier/manufacturer please ?

 

Have, loads of brushed or honed black slate but nothing polished in such a small tile, just wondered if any of you guys had used a polished tile, and if so where did you obtain from ?

If worst comes to worst will have to get 300mm x 300mm and cut down.
