PRESTIGE electric roller garage door

found that my door would not open--went part way up and started buzzing ---checked electrics=OK-----disconnected door from motor drive--would not even turn -still buzzing
the door wound up easy by manual handle-----the motor is the size of a tin of tuna and would be grateful as how to remove it---cheers dennis
