Refinishing hardwood front door

I have a hardwood front door. It has been previously finished in what looks like Dulux Woodsheen

Teak when it was oil based. It is now water based and I don't like the 'muddy' look it produces.

Most of the existing finish is in good condition but a few small areas need touching up.

I don't want to sand it all off as recommended by some products (it is mostly glazing bars).

Can anybody recommend a suitable finish please.
