Replacement Room Thermostat

  1. But first prize for the most scaremongeringiest and unsubtle spam ever seen on here.

If I lived in New Jersey (I don't even own a new..) you'd be the very last company I'd call on for assistance.

  2. Your current programmer does the timings for your CH and DHW, yes? Ok, what you'd do is to keep the DHW side running as it is so that it still heats up your hot cylinder as required, but then you'd set the CH side to 'always on 24 hrs' so that it is effectively permanently on.

This will then send that 'always ON' signal to your new Prog Stat in the living room and this will then take over and do the timings AND temps for your CH only.

    It'll work fine like this.

Ah I see that makes a lot more sense - thanks it may be more convenient to have a programmer in the living room - and yes I might just call a local electrian who I know !
