i hired a rubi tile cutter to cut ceramic bathroom tiles but i also used a tile cutter i bought from makros 10 yrs ago which cost £9.99 and honestly it cut the tiles just as good as the rubi i am not a professional tiler and dont know a lot about all the tools on the market but do you think that a lot of these expensive tools and tile cutters etc are over hyped and just a money spinner
Not just tile cutters, but a lot of tools & some brands are over hyped like Trend is one example their hinge jig full kit nearly £200, I paid £95 for a basic kit, or there was a full kit for £143 from Routing Jigs Ltd, it's well made & does the job just same.
