   Just bought 2 mortar rakes...
   One is 40mm
   One is suppose to be 100mm but it's actually 60mm

   Perhaps when they measured them they measured the 40mm as the cutting depth and the 100mm including the shank.

   Yes they have but if your selling the same product in 2 sizes they both need to be measured the same.
