2. Start date: 25/05/17. Closing date: 12:59 hours 01/06/17


3. How to participate: Entry and participation is free. No purchase necessary. All Facebook users who post a qualifying screenshot in the prize draw post on Facebook will be entered in the draw. The winner will then be selected entirely at random upon the prize draw closing. The winner will be selected by Screwfix's Company Secretary at random, and his decision is final. The winner will be announced on the entry post at www.facebook.com/screwfix after the closing date and asked to contact us to arrange the delivery of their prize and the tickets. The drill will be delivered within 28 days of the winner's contact details being provided. We will need to arrange delivery of the tickets with the winner urgently after the prize draw.


4. No travel/accommodation: The winner and their guests will need to make their own way to the venue for the filming of the show. No travel, accommodation, expenses or travel insurance will be provided by Screwfix – the winner will need to provide all of these themselves. Screwfix has no liability to the winner and their guests for any damages losses or claims in relation to the winner’s attendance at the event.


5. Entry conditions: The prize draw is open to residents of Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and agents of Screwfix and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Entry into the prize draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Screwfix accepts no responsibility for incorrect entries. The winner may be required to provide proof of identity to collect the prize. Any personal data collected relating to the winner will be used solely in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and Screwfix's privacy policy (found at http://www.screwfix.com/privacy).


6. General conditions: All decisions taken by Screwfix relating to the prize draw are final. Screwfix does not accept responsibility for lost, interrupted or unavailable network service or other connections. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and Facebook shall not be liable for any losses whatsoever arising from this prize draw and/or the Prize. You are providing your information to Screwfix and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for the purposes of this promotion, unless you opt-in to receipt of future marketing communications.


7. Disputes and Law: Where the identity of the winner is disputed, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the registered Facebook user at the time of entry to the prize draw. The prize draw is governed by English law and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England
