  2. They want him prosecuted for aggression, but there is no law regarding aggression apparantly.

Is aggression a war crime ?

Is aggression the best they can bring? Not much of a crime if so?

He was protected with an amuity from prosecution last time, so they are looking for other ways around it.

The bloke is a complete slimeball.

  4. Do you not think he had his arm twisted by Bush?

But no mention of prosecuting Bush?

If aggression is the best they have got, then I don't see it like you do

    From the good old Beeb

"Second, the attorney general's team will argue the crime of aggression does not exist in English law.

The International Criminal Courts Act 2001 incorporates the jurisdiction of the ICC into UK law, but crucially the "act of aggression" clause is voluntary and the UK has not signed up to it."

What fekker didn't sign us up to that back in 2001 then????

Oh wait, hang on a mo :D

" Ok Mr Bush Sir, I won't, thank you so much for ringing. Oh, it's Tony By the way, Mr Bush Sir."
    " Ok, night Toby."

  9. Even Joshua Rosenberg concluded at the time that the Iraq war was technically legal.

Ok, the aftermath was hellishly bodged - which is the real crime.

Dismantling of the Iraqi army. Banning all Ba'athists from any power.

It could have been good. It could have shown the ME what democracy could be.

    But they fluffed up. Hellishly.

If a policeman kills someone it has to be investigated, what's the difference here?
