They want him prosecuted for aggression, but there is no law regarding aggression apparantly.

Is aggression a war crime ?

Is aggression the best they can bring? Not much of a crime if so?

 

Do you not think he had his arm twisted by Bush?

But no mention of prosecuting Bush?

If a policeman kills someone it has to be investigated, what's the difference here?
