The Screwfix Foundation Raffle 2015

1. Entry into the raffle costs £1 per raffle ticket. All funds raised will be donated to The Screwfix Foundation.

2. The closing date for purchase of raffle tickets is 21 December 2015. Any money received after the closing date will be treated as a donation to The Screwfix Foundation and the tickets won’t be entered into the draw. Raffle ticket purchases cannot be refunded. To purchase raffle tickets you must be 16 or older

3. The prize draw date 08/01/2016. Winners will be drawn at random by the Promoter. Winners will be drawn in order, with the first prize being the first ticket drawn, through to the last prize being the last ticket drawn.

4. All prizes are also subject to the terms and conditions of the prize provider (if applicable)

5. Winners will be notified by post, telephone or email no later than 2 weeks after the draw date. Please keep your ticket as proof of purchase.

6. The Promoter accepts no liability for raffle tickets, entries, or prizes which are lost, delayed in the post, damaged, illegible or defaced or from which the winner cannot be identified, or where the winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect details being provided.

7. Where The Promoter is unable to contact a prize winner, or the prize is unclaimed for 2 weeks following the raffle, the Promoter may re-offer the prize in future raffles.

8. By accepting a prize, winners agree that Screwfix and The Screwfix Foundation can use the winner’s name and photograph for promotional purposes.

9. Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for another of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable. No cash, credit or alternative prize will be given. The person named on the raffle ticket stub will be the only person entitled to the prize. The results of the raffle draw are final, and communication about them will not be entered in to.

10. Trustees and Directors of The Screwfix Foundation are not permitted to enter the raffle.

11. A list of the winners’ Christian names and county of residence is available from the Promoter.

12. This raffle is only open to residents of the UK By entering the raffle, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions

13. The Promoter is Matthew Smith, The Screwfix Foundation, Trade House, Mead Avenue, Yeovil BA22 8RT. Licensed by South Somerset District Council under The Gambling Act 2005 Licence number 42662. The Screwfix Foundation is a registered charity (Charity Number 1151375, Company Number 08415662). The Screwfix Foundation acts independently from Screwfix Direct Limited.
