Trouble with words.

    Anybody had trouble with customers understanding English as spoken here?

    Something I was reading reminded me of a case in point.

    I had a lady with central heating problems, we were discussing what to do when her friend visiting from the states chipped in "so what you need is a pump with a lot of spunk"!
    Both the lady and I burst into a fit of giggles and through her tears the lady said to her friend she would explain later:p
