having had our underfloor heating installed and floor screed we are thinking of changing our kitchen plan very slightly that would mean 20cm of our fridge (a 60cm integrated tall larder fridge) would be over the underfloor.
    DOES THIS MATTER?
    thanks

if the fridge is built in to a cabinet housing ,as most are, it will sit 6 inch's or so off the floor ,sitting on the cabinet base. so shielded to a degree from the ufh. it will however be working a bit harder and will use a bit more electricity. it may shorten its lifespan as a result.
